The entire throne room duel does it for me. Of course, now that I've seen the entire saga, that duel is more intense for me than ever. Anakin seems more human because of the back story we have on him.

the "cremation" of vader has always been a fave, i think its coz of the fire blending in with the black of the night. looks amazing

I'll always love the kiss between Han and Leia in ESB. It was such a classic movie kiss - and Threepio is at his annoying best.

Of course, as I mentioned before there is the Throne Room duel. And I forgot to mention the Duel of the Fates duel in Episode I. I think I like Jedi vs. Sith best of all the action stuff.
