Got this yesterday - Japanese 8 inch Darth Vader figure by Tomy Direct (Medicom??)

as you can see it comes in a "kit" form. The body is diecast so the figure is fairly heavy. Some nice detail. Only downside I find about this is the chain - moving the figure upsets the way it sit and it can disappear down under the chest armour.

Overall I got to say, you know I love Medicom and Marmit 12" figs and I have a load of Hasbro jobs - 8" figs would have been a hell of a lot easier to display. As I say, I love Medicom and Marmit but this is how figures should be done!

By the title of this post, PS, I thought you were going in a totally diferent direction. heheh
I guess I need to stop watching "Closer" during my holiday.

Is this the one where you were testing to see how customs played out?

yes got it in 3 days. In fact due a bank holiday I had it before the cost showed up on the credit card

Also got the AOTC Clone commander - that took 2 days to get here
