Several web sites are reporting that next-gen game Star Wars - The Force Unleashed is to be delayed until 2008:

"Set between the largely unexplored era between Ep III and Ep IV, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed casts players as Darth Vader's "Secret Apprentice" and promises to unveil new revelations about the Star Wars galaxy. Tentatively scheduled for Fall 2007, a LucasArts representative revealed it has been pushed back to Spring 2008."

Hmmmmmm! Looks like I'll be holding off on buying that PS3 I had my eye on.

I'm surprised this topic hasn't gotten more replies. TFU is only 52 days away! I'm really, really pumped. The launch trailer--seen on EW.com-- was awesome.

There is another topic about it somewhere else I think, that's why this hasn't got many replies. I can't wait for this game, it looks amazing!

Yes - Its like Tombraider with the force and lightsabers

Its a good game just has some of thos frustrating parts that you seem to have to play about 30 times to get right.

My only real problem with the actual game is the save feature. It saves automatically at certain points in the game but you can also save the game when you pause the game. Unfortunately that version of the save doesn't seem to work.

It also has a few dodgy parts in the storyline - This is very EU like.

well i'm on my 8th playthrough on the hardest difficulty, got all the holocrons on all the other difficulties.

need to complete it by friday as lego batman is out.

PS, I have the game now for PSP, and just like other PSP games, it saves the point you are at when you turn it on standby. I guess according to a friend, the PSP graphics of Force Unleashed is on par to the PS2 version, but no modifications to it, unlike the Wii version.

edit: I'm not very far into the game, so I don't know exactly how it goes.

still yet to get my hands on this due to cashflow being low, sounds good though. Payday monday!

i'm having withdrawls

I had to get a new PSP-3000 because my old one made it impossible to play without the right lighting (that and it suddenly grew 2 feet and walked away).

So now, I have to restart the game again.

I really loved this game, it was so fun to play and had a great story. Unfortunately my PS3 died this week so I'll have to recomplete it at some point.

still havn't got! my close friend says get it now and I will as soon as money appears

I downloaded the Temple Mission Pack and that was really interesting as well.
