You will notice that I now post Non-Star Wars news on a reasonably regular basis.

This is not for the lack of Star Wars related news around but for the simple fact that PR companies send me the news, be it a book release, the latest movie etc.

I don't actively seek out Non-Star Wars news but WILL post it if sent. To be honest, I don't actively seek out Star Wars news but DO use Google Alerts and Social Media to keep track.

Real reason for the quiet periods though is just general real-life stuff. I would love to devote myself to GEN Full time but that is just not an option.

So, please don't think I'm ignoring Star Wars when I post other stuff.

Stephen, Marcus & I were just talking about you and Cheryl and Alana today. It's good to know everyone is doing well and enjoying real life to the fullest. We are both doing well, and hope to have more good news as the week goes on. If you do get the time, post or send us a PM and let us know how Alana is doing. We have not forgotten our goddaughter!

Alana is doing great.



She is now being Home Educated by Cheryl as we feel that is the best option for her and, believe me, she has come on in leaps and bounds since gettting out of that system.

She is more talkative, not as stressed and she still has socialization with Church and Girl Guides.

She's even taken up Ski lessons and is developing well in that.

Home Ed is not always the best option but in Alana's case I think it is and I DID have my doubts but the proof is in the pudding so to speak.

We're doing our best to make sure that despite her autism, she will lead a full life.
